All vintage clothing items are sold as-is. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but please be aware that vintage items may show signs of wear and may not be in perfect condition. We encourage you to read item descriptions carefully. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
3. Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days.
Free shipping is available on all orders over HKD $1,600. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Hong Kong: 1–2 business days
International: 5–8 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our designated pickup point in Hong Kong. Select local pickup at checkout.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is significantly misrepresented.
If you believe there is a discrepancy between the item's listed condition and what you received, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with supporting photos via our contact form or by DMing us on Instagram. We will review each case individually.
Where a claim is approved, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method, provided the item is returned in its original condition — unworn, with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for colour variations due to photography or screen settings.
